Application Form

To take part in the Cinderella Scholarship Pageant, please complete the application form below and submit it along with a non-refundable registration fee of £18, sent by cheque to the address listed on our ‘Contact Us’ page, and made out to: UK Cinderella Pageant.

There are several pageants held throughout the year, and your application will be matched to the next available date. If you would like to enter a pageant during a specific month, please contact us to find out about upcoming pageant dates and deadlines.

Programme Costs

Upon acceptance for the Cinderella Sponsorship Programme, all UK participants are eligible for special programme participation rate of £145.00. This 25% reduced rate is only available for UK participants, and covers costs of training, venue hire, water and snacks and 3-4 meetings to ready participants for their first UK Cinderella Pageant.

In 2009, participants will pay the full rate of £195, so book fast to receive your discount!
